The MicroHackers vision

At MicroHackers we aim to provide the ideal environment for children and their parents to learn about Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Maths (often called STEM or STEAM) by making things.

Yes, making things, like invisible ink to write secret notes, a home-made intruder alarm (to keep the grown-ups out of your bedroom), a space ship and even an eggs-cellent cress head!

By making these things, we can learn the basics of STEM, giving children (and of course the big kids) that early spark of imagination for a lifelong interest in this fascinating area.

We encourage kids to take control of their own learning, ask their own questions, and find their own answers.

There are no right or wrong answers, just an iterative process:

Think > Make > Improve.

We believe that by working together, we can make a better future for our children.
